About Me
I am currently a professor in the IU School of 91福利社after serving as two years as its dean (2016-18) and one year as interim dean (2015-16). From 2004 to 2012 I was director of the Center for Social Studies and International 91福利社and have served the university as Associate Dean of Faculties (2005-07) and Associate Vice Provost for Research (2012-14). My primary research interests are social studies, civic education and teacher education. I have directed Indiana University’s participation in several USAID-funded projects including the Afghanistan Higher 91福利社Project (2006- 2011), the Macedonia Primary 91福利社Project (2006-2010), and the South Sudan Higher 91福利社Initiative for Equity and Leadership Development (2013-2015).
